Notice: Educational Trip to the Royal Regalia Museum – K 3
Posted by: admin | Posted on: July 28, 2021We are pleased to inform you that as part of our teaching programme, the Chung Hwa Middle School, BSB, Kindergarten is planning an educational trip to the Royal Regalia Museum in the Bandar Seri Begawan on Saturday, 7th August 2021. The trip will provide the necessary exposure, team spirit and independent learning experience to the pupils concerned. The morning and afternoon classes will be combined for this field trip. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Kindly take note of the following:
On 7/8/2021, the students will assemble at the respective classrooms according to the schedule below:
K 3 Brown – K 3 English Activity Room
K 3 Orange – K 2 English Activity Room
Lesson time – 8:00 am – 11:45 am

Please be informed that the 2nd Parents’ Day Meeting for Kindergarten will be held on Thursday, 1st July 2021 from 7.20 am until 12 noon.
Lessons for the kindergarten classes will be CANCELLED on that day. All parents and guardians are cordially invited to collect your child’s Progress Report from the respective class teachers. This will give you an opportunity to meet the class teacher to further discuss and improve your child’s performance in our kindergarten. Please feel free to give your suggestions or views so that we can work together for the benefit of your children.

Posted by: admin | Posted on: March 30, 2021A Chung Hwa Middle School, BSB Teacher and a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE), Gladys Valdez Concepcion and her team members comprising of two MIEES along with their students and an Education Evangelist Training Consultant from India were declared 2nd runner-up in the Category, Digital Citizenship under Tech for Good Global Challenge organised by Microsoft. The result of the event was announced on 24 March 2021, the 3rd and last day of the live Digital E2 Education Exchange.

CHMS, BSB conducts EDUDAY 2021

Mr. Afif Muhamed Ali, Country Manager Microsoft Brunei, participated in the event convened on 12 March 2021, at Ong Tiong Oh Lecture Hall and delivered opening remarks to the attendees. The Keynote address was conveyed virtually by Mr. Mark Sparvell, Education Marketing Director, Microsoft Worldwide. The event was attended by Principal Mdm Kho Guik Lan, Deputy Principal Beh Hai Yau, Assistant Principal Mdm Tan Been Tiem and Ms. Sim Mandy and all teachers.
CHMS, BSB O level Toppers Share Secret To Achieve Brilliant Results
Posted by: admin | Posted on: March 12, 2021Chung Hwa Middle School, BSB has outshined prominent schools in the nation with its exemplary results in the Cambridge GCE O Level Examinations results that were released a month ago. As quoted from the MOE results analysis, 5 students across the country has achieved 11As and 4 of them were from CHMS, BSB. While 41 private school students attained 8As and above, 37 CHMS, BSB students joined this feat.
